Classic Bike Spares specialises in spare parts for classic Triumph, Norton and BSA motorcycles. We carry over around 5,000 parts, and we are continually increasing our range. If it’s not on the shelf, we will try to get it for you. We stock genuine reproduction parts, including:

Ross and Adele

Ross Goodman has been riding and restoring classic British motorcycles for fifty years – as a hobby, a passion, and a profession. He is a mechanical engineer, and until 2013 worked for the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney as a Transport Conservator, involved in the restoration and maintenance of steam locomotives, trucks, cars and motorcycles.

Adele Mitchell owned and operated businesses in Sydney for over 20 years, trading in store and online. After moving from Sydney to Paterson in the Hunter Valley, Ross and Adele decided to start a new venture – Classic Bike Spares – combining Ross’ knowledge of Classic British motorcycles and Adele’s business experience.

Ross and Adele met back in 1979 when they were both involved in the Motorcycle Riders Association (MRA). It was a time when politicians were trying to legislate motorcycles off the road, so we were involved in lots of meetings and protest rides. There were many issues to fight, and it united motorcyclists for the benefit of all. We also worked hard to change the public’s perception of motorcyclists and make drivers more motorcycle aware. We organised Toy Runs for the Salvation Army and Motorcycle Awareness campaigns.

It wasn’t all hard work though – we had plenty of opportunities to ride our bikes, visiting the many MRA branches throughout NSW and attending motorcycle rallies. It was an enjoyable time in our lives and we made some lasting friendships.
