Hi all V Rod owners. Locky is in the Dyno Room trying to rattle his dad into leaving for South Australia, Adelaide International Drag way early.

I don’t usually bother with what he is tuning, but the noise and power runs are too loud not to have a look in. He was tuning a 08 V Rod with CFR slip-ons, K&N filter and race tuner – all supplied and fitted elsewhere but in need of some professional tuning.

The owner wants HP. Locky removed the filter lid and re-positioned the sensor, re-mapped the ECU and gained 4HP and nearly 3 extra ft. lbs. of torque.

Cheap horsepower for the price of a tune $325.00 all next month. We have a muscle 2010 in for pod filters as the owner wants more HP again, has already had the air box removed.

We have already fitted Cams and a bigger throttle body – similar to the ones fitted to the Screaming Eagle Destroyer and has V&H Pro Pipe.

Motivate Victoria

My race team, pro stock motorcycle, is needing a cash injection as we broke a crank. Which in turn broke the engine block, which damaged the good big valve head and my pride and joy. C.P.Pistons which is also in a holding pattern until our banana AU $1 only gets me 53 cents US.

Last time I remember our dollar was that bad, was after the GFC crash and our dollar came back with a vengeance. Our dollar was stronger than the US dollar for a while.
I for one can only hope for that day to roll back round sooner than later.
