If we cannot fix it, there is a pretty good chance that it can’t be fixed.

We are professional, courteous and fully transparent with our pricing and costings. Some things we will negotiate on, some we won’t.

My name is Richard White and as the face of The Bike Factory, I give you my guarantee that we will look after your bike and be honest in our dealings with you.

If you feel that any of my staff are not being honest in their dealings, please bring it to my attention.

You’re welcome to come and browse around the shop and bring your bike so we can cost and give you an honest estimation of the problem and how much it will cost to fix.
