MINOR SERVICE

Bikes which are approximately 2006 or earlier should receive their minor services at 5000km intervals. Whereas a post 2006 model bike can benefit from minor services in 6000km intervals.

Remove body work and refit later

– Change engine oil and filter
– Clean or replace spark plugs
– Clean or replace air filter
– Check steering head bearing condition
– Lube pivot points
– Check battery condition and charging
– Check Coolant levels
– Visual inspection
– Lube & adjust chain
– Check & adjust tyre pressure & condition
– Replace clutch & brake fluid
– Lube & adjust throttle cable
– Check lights, indicator and brake
– Test Ride

Minor Services generally take 2.5 – 3.5 hours
